PILATES TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this training you will spend 20 hour immersed in the foundations and principles of Pilates. You will learn all the classical Pilates exercises, along with some non-classical exercises that we use in our classes. You will learn Pilates core exercises that are great for incorportaing into your yoga and fitness classes. This training is perfect for any teacher who focuses on core strength, spine stability, flexibility, mobility, and joint health. You will be prepared to teach the fundamental Pilates principles in your classes after this training, and become stronger and more stable in your own practice!

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

This training is for anyone who wants to enhance their Pilates skills and knowledge. This training is geared toward yoga and fitness teachers who want to incorporate Pilates principles into their own practice or their classes. Trained Yoga teachers can also benefit from this training if they need CE hours for the Yoga Alliance. You do NOT have to be a yoga or Pilates teacher to take this training. Anyone can benefit from the principles of Pilates, and we promise you will see the benefits of this practice quickly.
