Erica Llewllyn

Erica started in the fitness and wellness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2008. She made personal training her full time career in 2010. In this role, she took a Pilates class, and couldn’t believe how challenging it felt. She kept taking classes and began to understand muscle activation and compensation in a way she hadn’t before. She learned this within herself, but it allowed her to access a new way of teaching as well. She obtained a Comprehensive Certification through Peak Pilates in 2012, and has loved sharing Pilates with many people over the years.

Erica started her yoga journey in 2010 as a way to add some ‘stretching’ to her marathon training. As a personal trainer, she thought of yoga in terms of fitness and flexibility. She quickly realized, however, that yoga was so much more than that. The mental and emotional benefits became even more impactful to her life than the physical benefits. Since then, she has realized that the wisdom of yoga is endless, and there is always more to learn. She has completed her RYT 500 certification, and continues to study and learn from many respected teachers in the community. Yoga has become a significant part of her life and a way to reconnect to her true self. She loves sharing practices with people, and hopes to see you in her classes!
