Pilates Training Course
What to expect:
In this 25-hour training, you’ll immerse yourself in the foundations and principles of Pilates. You’ll learn all the classical Pilates exercises and select non-classical movements we incorporate into our classes. This course will equip you with essential Pilates core exercises, perfect for integrating into your yoga and fitness sessions. Ideal for teachers who emphasize core strength, spinal stability, flexibility, mobility, and joint health, this training will prepare you to confidently teach fundamental Pilates principles while enhancing your own strength and stability.
Who is this training for?
This training is designed for anyone looking to deepen their Pilates knowledge and skills. It’s especially beneficial for yoga and fitness instructors who want to integrate Pilates principles into their practice or classes. Yoga teachers can also use this course to earn CE hours for the Yoga Alliance. However, you do not need to be a yoga or Pilates instructor to participate—Pilates principles offer valuable benefits for everyone, and you’ll quickly experience the positive impact of this practice.
