Please bring your mat, a towel, and a water bottle. We do not allow glass bottles or open containers in the studio.

Align and Flow
This is a beginner-friendly flow class that is based on vinyasa style flow (breath to movement). Each class is different, as the teacher has designed it to vary weekly. This class emphasizes seamlessly connecting breath with movement, creating a fluid and mindful practice. Expect to strengthen your upper body and core, while also taking time to relax, meditate, and restore—all in one transformative session. Teachers will guide you through transitions, posture alignment, and breath. This class is great for anyone needing extra help with body alignment or working through an injury.

Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, focusing on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.
This is the original Hatha yoga in a set sequence. This is an hour version of the full primary. Together, we will work through the standing sequence and part of the seated.
The room is 85-88 degrees to allow for the healthy opening of muscles. All levels are welcome, beginner friendly.
Ashtanga Primary Series (Heated)
Join us for the full Primary Series of the original Hatha yoga—Ashtanga. This structured sequence generates internal heat, offering a practice that is calming and meditative while remaining physically and mentally challenging. It’s a transformative and grounding experience. With consistent practice over time, the Primary Series helps build foundational strength, health, and flexibility, laying the groundwork for unlocking the full benefits of yoga.

Burn at the Barre
Barre is a high-energy, low-impact workout designed to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Combining elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet, this practice targets deep stabilizing muscles that traditional workouts often miss. Barre enhances muscle endurance, flexibility, and overall tone using high repetitions and controlled movements.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this class offers a challenging yet accessible way to build strength and refine your physique—no ballet experience is required!

Burn at the Barre (Heated) is our heated version of the class. The room is heated at 90-95 degrees.
Candlelight Yin & Sound Healing
Experience a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice enhanced by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This floor-based class gently opens joints and connective tissues, improving flexibility, circulation, and mobility while guiding the mind into deep relaxation.
The healing sounds calm the nervous system, balance energy, and release tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Props are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Slow down, reconnect, and embrace the profound benefits of Yin Yoga and sound therapy.

Free Community Kirtan

Kirtan, rooted in Bhakti Yoga, is a devotional practice that involves singing and chanting sacred mantras. It is a journey of the heart, connecting us to the divine and to each other through the power of sound. This practice encourages an open heart and cultivates love, compassion, and gratitude.
Our dedicated yoga teachers have a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga, music, and sacred sound. The Ultimate Trifecta! This heated intermediate yoga class seamlessly blends Hot 26, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, creating a dynamic and energizing practice. Expect more down dogs and fluid transitions to guide you from one pose to the next, with each class offering a fresh and unique experience.

Hot Yoga Amethyst Detox (Intermediate Level)
Designed by our hot yoga expert Ellie Bostwick, this intermediate-level class deepens the mind-body connection through a dynamic blend of Hot 26 standing poses, backbends, shoulder openers, core work, and hip openers.
You'll also experience crystal bowl sound healing for complete relaxation. At the start, Ellie invites you to choose an amethyst crystal to place beside your mat, offering energetic support as you release deep emotions through movement.

Hot Yoga: Ghosh Core 40
The Ghosh Core 40 is a powerful and transformative 90-minute practice that draws from the Ghosh lineage, incorporating 40 of the 84 (or truly 91) traditional asanas. This class includes all 26 postures from the Bikram beginner’s series but in a different sequence, along with 14 additional postures to further develop strength, flexibility, and balance. It is a natural progression from the 26 & 2 series and a stepping stone to the full Core 84 practice.
Designed for everyone—whether you're a seasoned practitioner or expanding your practice—this class offers modifications to accommodate limitations and variations to deepen the challenge. Expect a well-rounded, engaging, and energizing experience that will enhance your understanding of the Ghosh tradition while helping you refine your practice.

This is the Beginner Sequence of the original Bikram Yoga 26 & 2 postures.
The class is the original method of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises exercises. This is the full sequence in 90 minutes, during which most poses are offered twice. Practiced in a heated room at 102-104°F, this structured flow is designed to make you sweat, detoxify, and restore both body and mind.

Stretch and Release
This is a gentle class that is accessible to all bodies and all ages. It combines active stretching to enhance flexibility, hatha poses to build strength and improve flexibility, yin poses to release tight joints and fascia, and stretching and rolling for effective muscle recovery. Foam rollers and lacrosse balls will be used in this class.
This class encourages slow, mindful movement to deepen your mind-body connection while actively opening your body in new ways. It's perfect for anyone who feels tight, uses their muscles intensively (like athletes), overworks their body, spends a lot of time sitting, or needs rest and relaxation.

Sunday Slow Flow

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a floor-based hatha practice complementary to all other active forms of exercise or yoga. This simple but not always easy practice consists of poses held for 3-5 minutes. This is a meditative and slow practice with a focus on the joints and deep connective tissues, and it works to release stagnant energy within the body. The stillness of yin allows the practitioner to thoroughly notice the breath, sensations, thoughts, and emotions while practicing.

Willow Hot 60
Experience our signature Hot 26 class with an added challenge! This session follows the classic 26&2 hot yoga sequence, but you'll repeat each posture twice, creating a more intense, fast-paced flow.
Designed to elevate your heart rate and push your endurance, this class moves at a quicker pace than the 60-minute Hot 26, helping you build strength, stamina, and focus as you deepen your practice.

Willow Sculpt
Willow Sculpt is our signature Yoga Sculpt class!
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga, Pilates, strength training, and cardio for a high-intensity, full-body workout. Using weights, bodyweight movements, and yoga poses, it targets muscle building, core strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
With upbeat music and challenging cardio bursts, this class helps boost metabolism and burn calories. Suitable for all fitness levels, but expect a faster-paced, intense session compared to Pilates or Barre.
