The Team

Kerrie and Rae are more than just friends—they are colleagues, collaborators, and a constant source of support for each other and their students. Their unique synergy creates an inspiring learning environment where they love sharing their expertise while also learning from those they teach. As dedicated experts in their field, they continuously stay current while embracing the mindset of lifelong learners, always striving to grow.

For the past five years, they have worked closely to develop and expand the WGY Yoga Teacher Training School, and they are working to bring this course, along with others, online to make it more accessible for those unable to attend in person. Both deeply believe in the power of Pilates for spinal health and overall strength and are passionate about integrating Pilates with yoga as the key to holistic wellness.
