200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Summer Intensive

July 7th - 31st

What to expect:

Students enrolled in this training will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Eight Limbs Philosophy of Yoga, providing a holistic approach to the practice's physical and spiritual aspects. The program will strongly emphasize Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and the Hatha 26 + 2 sequence, allowing students to develop a well-rounded skill set that integrates breath, movement, and meditation.

By the end of the training, students will feel confident in their ability to teach and design Vinyasa flow classes suitable for practitioners of all levels. In addition to refining their teaching techniques, they will establish a solid foundation in yoga philosophy, ethics, and the guiding principles that shape a mindful and purposeful yoga practice.

Beyond teaching methodologies, this program will delve into essential topics such as human anatomy and alignment, ensuring students can guide others safely and effectively. Nutrition will also be explored, offering insights into how diet supports a balanced and healthy yogic lifestyle.

Throughout the training, students will deepen their physical and spiritual yoga journey, cultivating greater self-awareness, discipline, and a profound connection to the ancient wisdom of yoga.
